By accessing and using Tech Help FL's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our services for personal or business communication purposes. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying our software
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to reverse engineer any software
  • Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transferring the service to another person

3. Service Description

Tech Help FL provides cloud-based communication services including but not limited to: voice calling, SMS messaging, CRM functionality, and call analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Complying with all applicable telecommunications laws
  • Ensuring proper consent for communications (TCPA compliance)
  • Accurate and truthful information in their account

5. Billing and Payment

Usage-based charges are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tech Help FL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
